| Baxter Barn is the perfect place to bring, your family, friends, neighbors, co-workers, groups, and troops. The experience is great for any age and size of the group. A tour by the owners of Baxter Barn, either Cory or Missy Huskinson, will last about an hour but you are welcome to stay longer. You will get one-on-one time hands-on experience with some of the animals. We walk through the farm sharing our experience: From what we have learned about Coho swimming through the stream, to the native plants, to the many duties and projects of real farm life. Baxter Farm sits on 2½ acres with trees, gardens, pastures, a seasonal creek, and lawns. It is a working farm with horses, mini-donkeys, chickens, pheasant, and quail. The farm is quiet and peaceful, nestled at the end of a rural road with plenty of parking and very few neighbors acres away. It truly is a down-to-earth farm experience. We can’t wait to share it with you. Farm tour and visits are by appointment and we ask for $5 per person. Additional contributions are appreciated and used to: Continue events, maintain the animals, native plants, and the salmon bearing creek. baxterbarn@hotmail.com |
